Unit#1 was driving east on SR-104 approaching IR-71. Unit#1 drove off the right side of the road down into a culvert along the roadway until there was a driveway access that crossed the culvert. Unit#1 struck the driveway access and was launched airborne across it; and then impacted in the grass field where it rolled over several times before coming to final rest. The driver of Unit#1 was ejected from the car and she was transported by Columbus Fire Department Medic #3 to Grant Hospital Trauma Emergency Room. The driver of Unit#1 was pronounced deceased by Doctor Elaine Stearney; DO; at 10:52am.
