U-1 was traveling eastbound on Sr 361 just west of 6305 Rt 361. U-1 ran off the right side of the roadway and traveled several feet long the guardrail. U-1 drove through a creek striking several trees and an embankment. U-1 came to a rest east of the creek in the yard. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. IF-29354
