This accident occurred on Sunday, September 11th 2022 at approximately 4:29 pm. Injuries were reported. An officer from Granville (Township of) Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 2 was traveling WB on SR 119 toward the intersection of US 127 when Unit 2 failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection. Unit 2 then collided with the left side of the trailer portion of Unit 1; which was traveling SB on US 127. Unit 2 was dragged south by the trailer portion of Unit 1 briefly; before continuing into the ditch of the of the west side of US 127 and rolled over an unknown amount of times; coming to rest on its top in the west side ditch of US 127. The collision caused the trailer portion of Unit 1 to go into the ditch briefly before returning to the roadway and coming to final rest.
