Unit 1 operated north on Turney Rd while fleeing from the Garfield Heights PD in excess of the 35 mph speed limit. As Unit 1 went through the Grand Division Ave intersection; it sideswiped NB Unit 2 while attempting to pass on the left. This collision caused Unit1 to roll on its left side tires as it crossed the double yellow lines into the path of SB Unit 3. The operator of Unit 1 fled the scene on foot NB on Turney Rd.
