This accident occurred on Friday, July 22nd 2022 at approximately 1:32 pm. Injuries were reported. An officer from Fallsbury (Township of) Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 1 was traveling EB on SR 79. Unit 2 was traveling NB on SR 586. Unit 3 was traveling SB on Pleasant Valley Rd. Upon approaching the Fallsburg Rd intersection; Unit 2 failed to stop at the posted stop sign and upon entering the intersection; the driver side of Unit 2 was struck by the front of Unit 1. Unit 2 continued to travel NB and Unit 1 spun until coming to rest facing SW with the front partially on the roadway and the rear outside of the traffic way on the NE corner of the intersection. The trailer that Unit 2 was pulling separated from Unit 2 and came to rest facing NE behind Unit 1 outside the traffic way. The skid loader that was on the trailer was ejected from the separated trailer and came to rest on an embankment. After Unit 2 traveled past the intersection; it spun and the front of Unit 2 struck the rear driver side of Unit 3. The rear of Unit 3 spun and came to rest with the front partially in the roadway facing SE; and the rear outside of the traffic way of the NW corner of the intersection. Unit 2 continued to spin and finally came to rest after traveling off the east side of Pleasant Valley Rd; north of the Fallsburg Rd intersection. The driver of Unit 1 sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at Grand Medical Center. Driver and Passenger of Unit 2 were life flighted to Grand Medical Center.
