Additional Narrative

Unit 1 stood in lane one of SB E 55th St at Linwood Ave for several minutes while standing next and holding his bicycle. Unit 2 was WB on E 55th St in lane one and collided with Unit 1; then ran him over. Unit 3 was SB in lane one then ran over Unit 1 while he was laying on the ground. Units 2 & 3 fled the scene south on E 55th St.
