Additional Narrative

Unit 1 and 2 were EB on Superior Ave and collided in a same direction sideswipe; causing the vehicles to travel out of control. Unit 1 traveled to the left into the two way left turn lane. Unit 3 was walking in the turn lane while crossing from south to north near 10739 Superior Ave. Unit 1 struck Unit 3. Unit 1 and 2 failed to stop after the accident and continued EB. Unit 3 died as a result of her injuries.
