Unit 1 was NB on E 78th St when WB Unit 2 disobeyed the overhead red light; colliding with the right side of Unit 1. Unit1 went off the roadway while rotating clockwise into a vacant lot on the NW corner of E 78th St & Union Ave. Unit 2 rotated clockwise after the collision; then collided with a wooden utility pole on the NW corner of E 78th & Union Ave. Supplement: Narrative corrected to show the events of Units 1 & 2.
