Unit 1 was standing in the center turn lane of N Belmont Ave facing an unknown direction. Unit 2 was WB in the east/west alley or service road on the eastside of N Belmont Ave. Unit 2 turned left onto S Belmont Ave into the center lane and struck Unit 1. Unit 1 was pronounced deceased by Springfield medics on scene.
