Unit 2 was NB on US 62 near Bloomingburg New Holland Rd. Unit 1 turned right onto US 62 from Bloomingburg New Holland Rd. Unit 1 crossed the center line of US 62 into the travel lane of Unit 2; causing Unit 1 & 2 to collide head on. Unit 1 overturned in the roadway. Unit 1's front and rear passenger exited the vehicle without assistance. The driver remained in Unit 1. Upon LE and EMS arrival; the driver of Unit 1 was not responding to questions. After a few minutes; the driver began talking to EMS and LE and was removed from the vehicle by backboard where she was verbally responsive. The driver was pronounced deceased at a later time while being treated at Grant Medical Center.
