Unit 1; a pedestrian; was walking in an unknown direction in the WB lane of E Grand Ave when Unit 2; who was WB on E Grand Ave struck Unit 1 with he right front of Unit 2. Unit 2 then fled the scene without stopping to render aid or notify police after striking Unit 1. Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash by medics.
