Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling west on Port Union Rd; lost control and ran off the left side of the roadway. Unit 1 then struck a gas line; a culvert; overturned; and struck an excavator. The passenger of Unit 1 was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. He was pronounced deceased shortly thereafter.
