Unit 1 was traveling northwest through a gravel lot. Unit 2 was walking southbound across Motherwell Ave. Unit 2 observed unit 1 traveling in his direction and fell backwards onto the street. Unit 1 continued onto the roadway and struck unit 2. Unit 1 left the area but was later located. Investigation Pending.
