UNIT ONE WAS TRAVELING SOUTH BOUND ON S. STATE ST. GOING THE WRONG WAY. UNIT ONE MADE A RIGHT TURN DOWN AN ALLEY TO HEAD WEST BOUND TOWARD S. MAIN ST. UNIT ONE SWERVED ALMOST STRIKING A FRONT PORCH AT 343 S. STATE ST. OVER CORRECTING AND STRIKING A TREE ON NORTH PORTION OF THE ALLEY. DRIVER; DALE BARLOW; WAS TRANSPORTED TO MARION GENERAL WHERE HE WAS LATER PRONOUNCED DECEASED.
