Unit 1 was traveling East on the St Rt 33 E off ramp to St Rt 664 S when he drove through the roundabout without braking; striking the curb; and ramping to the bottom of the hill; striking the dirt which stopped his vehicle and caused the vehicle to flip once onto its side.
