At about 0234 hours on September 19; 2021; Unit Number One; a pedestrian; was traveling eastbound on East Fifth Street and when at Wayne Avenue attempted to cross Wayne Avenue in the crosswalk but failed to obey the red "Don't Walk" signal and in so doing was struck by Unit Number Two which was traveling northbound on Wayne Avenue. After being struck by Unit Number Two; Unit Number One was thrown and was then struck by Unit Number Three which was traveling soutbound on Wayne Ave and was attempting to make a left turn onto East Fifth Street. Unit Number One was removed to Miami Valley Hospital where they later passed away.
