At about 1854 hours on September 19; 2021; Unit Number One was traveling westbound on Arcadia Boulevard and after having made the required safety stop at South Smithville Road proceeded into the intersection to turn left to travel south on South Smithville Road and in so doing; failed to yield the right of way; and collided with Unit Number Two which was traveling northbound on South Smithville Road.
