Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was northbound on US 127; north of Morganthaler Rd. Unit 2 was southbound on US 127; north of Morganthaler Rd. A portion of Unit 1's load; a 22.430 lb. coil roll of metal fell from the left side of the trailer and landed on Unit 2. After the lost load impacted Unit 2; Unit 2 rotated and slid off of the right side of the roadway near a line of trees. The driver of Unit 2 was ejected and came to rest west of the vehicle. Unit 1 came to a stop north of the crash scene.
