Description

Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling westbound on W. Taylor School Rd when it failed to stop at the sign. Unit 2 was traveling southbound on Eaton Rd and struck Unit 1 in the passenger side. Unit 1 rotated after impact; coming to rest on the southwest side of the intersection after striking a stop sign; a fence and ejecting two passengers. Unit 2 rotated after impact; coming to rest against a utility pole southwest of the intersection. One of the ejected passengers from Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene.
