UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELLING NORTHBOUND ON ISLAND ROAD APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF LORAIN RD. WITNESSES STATED THE VEHICLE NEVER SLOWED DOWN; AND NEVER ACTIVATED ANY BRAKE LIGHTS. WITNESSES OBSERVED THE VEHICLE CONTINUE THROUGH THE STOP SIGN; STRIKING THE CURB; THEN A MAILBOX; AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 34892 LORAIN RD.
