Unit 1 was traveling westbound on State Route 73 in an work zone that had no advanced warning and no transition area around the activity area. 1 struck Unit 2 who was flagging traffic around a piece of mechanical equipment. Unit at fault is not yet determined. This crash is currently under investigation.
