Unit 4 was southbound on Interstate 71. Unit 1 was southbound on Interstate 71 behind Unit 4. Unit 2 and Unit 3 were standing on the left berm of Interstate 71. Unit 1; in an attempt to avoid a collision with Unit 4; swerved and went off the left side of the roadway and struck Unit 2 and Unit 3.
