Unit #1 was southwest on the right shoulder of Interstate 71. Unit #2 was southwest on Interstate 71. Unit #1 entered the roadway from the shoulder; attempted to cross all three lanes and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 and Unit #2 traveled off the left side of the roadway into the median.
