Unit 1 was southeast on State Route 586 and Unit 2 was northeast on County Road 668. Unit 2 failed to yield and was struck in the driver's side by Unit 1. Unit 1 went off the left side of County Road 668. Unit 2 went off the left side of State Route 586 and struck a ditch.
