Unit 1 was traveling West on US-250. Units 2 and 3 were traveling East on US-250. Unit 1 traveled left of center. striking Unit 2 head-on; causing both units to spin out. After impact; Unit 2 traveled off the South edge of the roadway. Unit 1 was then struck in the passenger side by Unit 3. After impact with Unit 3; Unit 1 came to final rest partially off the North edge of the road and Unit 3 came to a stop along the right shoulder eastbound.
