Unit #1 was traveling southwest on State Route 241. Unit #2 was traveling northeast on State Route 241. Unit #2 lost control traveling over the bridge to US 30; slid left of center; and struck Unit #1 head-on in the southbound lanes. Unit #1 slid off the right side of the roadway and Unit #2 rolled onto its side; coming to rest in the southbound lanes.
