UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON US 250. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON US 250. UNIT 1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE WHEN AN EXCAVATOR CAME OFF THE TRAILER STRIKING UNIT 2. UNIT 1 CONTINUED EASTBOUND TRAVELING OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY STRIKING A FENCE AND MAILBOX.
