Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling northeast on Interstate 71. Unit #2 was disabled off the right side of the roadway. Unit #3; a pedestrian; was making repairs to Unit #2. Unit #1 travled off the right side of the roadway and struck Unit #2 and Unit #3. Unit #1 then traveled off the left side of the roadway coming to rest in the median.
