Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was westbound on SR-5. Unit #2 was northbound on SR-534. Unit #3 was stopped eastbound on SR-5 in the left turn lane. Unit #2 turned left towards SR 5. Unit #1 struck Unit #2. Unit #2 then struck Unit #3. Unit #1 traveled off the right side of the road; struck a traffic sign; ditch; overturned; and caught fire.
