Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was southbound on CR 34 and making a left turn to go eastbound on CR 65. Unit #2 was westbound on CR 65. Unit #1 attempted to turn eastbound on CR 65 and failed to yield to Unit #2. Unit #2 struck Unit #1 at an angle. After impact; Unit #1 and Unit #2 crossed the centerline before coming to final rest on the roadway.
