Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was westbound on New Harmony Shiloh Road. Unit #2 was eastbound on New Harmony Shiloh Road. Unit #1 drove off the right side of the roadway; over-corrected; and crossed the center line. Unit #2 struck Unit #1 in the passenger side. Unit #1 and Unit #2 traveled off the left side of the south side of the roadway and came to final rest. 8/23/2021 - Crash supplemented to include the following information: OH-3 (Traffic Crash Witness Statement for Unit #1 driver; OH-3 for Unit #2 driver; OH-3 for Witness #1; Reconstruction mapping and measurements; and weight sheets for Unit #1 and Unit #2.
