Unit 1 was southbound on SR 164 appraoching SR 14. Unit 2 was westbound on SR 14 approaching SR 164; when Unit 2 drove through a red light. Unit 2 was struck by Unit 1 causing the vehicle to lose control and begin to roll. Unit 2 traveled off the right side of the roadway; striking a sign.
