Unit 1 was eastbound on State Route 172 and failed to negotiate a curve. Unit 1 continued driving off the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 went onto its left side crash bar digging into the turf. Unit 1 front fender struck the turf causing the driver to be ejected. Unit 1 came to rest onto its right side.
