Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was northbound on State Route 191 stopped at the stop sign. Unit 2 was westbound on State Route 34. Unit 1 failed to yield from the stop sign and was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 continued off the left side of the roadway and struck a detour traffic sign and a guy wire.
