Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was westbound on US 35 in the right lane when it was slowing for a vehicle turning north onto Caves Road ahead of it. Unit #3 was behind Unit #1 and attempted to swerve into the left lane to avoid striking Unit #1. Unit #3 struck Unit #1 in the left rear of the trailer. Unit #2 was behind Unit #3 in the right lane and went into the left lane to avoid striking Unit #1 and struck Unit #3 in the rear.
