Unit #1 was westbound on SR 646. Unit #2 was eastbound on SR 646. Unit #3 was westbound on SR 646. Unit #1 crossed the center line of travel striking Unit #2; causing Unit #2 to travel left of center striking Unit #3. Unit #1 continued into a ditch on the south edge of SR 646.
