Additional Narrative

Unit 1 and Witness 1 were southbound on State Route 7. Unit 2 was northbound on State Route 7. Witness 1 stopped in the right lane to make a right turn into a private drive. Unit 1 failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead and drove off the left side of the roadway. Unit 1 crossed the median into the northbound lanes; striking Unit 2 and a guardrail. Witness 2 was stopped eastbound in the private drive.
