Unit 2; a commercial vehicle was eastbound on IR 80 and parked on the right shoulder. Unit 1; a commercial straight truck; was traveling eastbound drove off the right side of the road; and struck the rear of Unit 2. Unit 1 continued off the right side of the roadway into the ditch.
