Description

Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was westbound on the Ohio Turnpike in the right lane. Unit #2 was westbound on the Ohio Turnpike in the right lane behind unit #1. Unit #1 drove off the right side of the roadway; struck the guard rail and returned to the right lane facing north where it was struck by Unit #2. After being struck by Unit #2; Unit #1 went across all three lanes and struck the conrcete median wall twice. Unit #1 came to final rest in the left lane and the caught fire.
