Unit#1 was stopped southbound on TR 458 at SR 3. Unit #2 was southwest bound on SR 3. Unit#1 attempted a left turn onto SR3 and was struck by Unit#2 when he failed to yield. Unit#1 was then pushed off the south side of SR 3.
