Unit 1 was traveling southeast on State Route 73. Unit 2 was stopped on Deer Run Road at the intersection of State Route 73. Unit 3 was traveling northwest on State Route 73. Unit 3 drove left of center and struck Unit 1 head on. Unit 1 traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck Unit 2.
