Unit 1 was northbound on SR 501; slowing to turn right on to Fort Amanda Road. Unit 1 was northbound on SR 501 behind unit 2. Unit 1 failed to manitain safe assured clear distance ahead and struck unit 2. Unit 1 went off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch.
