Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was southbound on SR 626. Unit #1 went off the west side of SR 626 into a ditch striking a culvert. Unit #1 became airborne; and struck a stop sign; cable and a pole. Unit #1 overturned and caught fire coming to final rest on it's roof.
