Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was southbound on SR 534. Unit #2 was northbound on SR 534. Unit #3 was westbound on Cork Cold Springs Rd. Unit #3 failed to stop at a stop sign; and struck Unit #1; ejecting the driver of Unit # 3. Unit # 3 then traveled off the west side of State Route 534 Debris from Unit #1 and Unit #3 struck Unit #2. After impact with Unit # 3; Unit # 1 traveled off the west side of State Route 534; struck a ditch and overtruned.
