Unit #1 was southbound on Windsor Mechanicsville Road just south of State Route 307. Unit #2 was northbound on Windsor Mechanicsville Road. Unit #1 went left of center into the opposite lane of travel while negotiating a curve; striking Unit #1 head on. The driver of Unit #1 was ejected.
