Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling northwest on SR 0014 in the left lane. Units #2; #3 were traveling southeast on SR 0014 in the left lane. Unit #2 had come to a complete stop awaiting oncoming traffic to clear to attempt a left turn. Unit #3 swerved to avoid striking Unit #2 and drove left of center striking Unit #1 head-on. After impact; Unit #1 traveled off the right side of the road and struck a ditch; Unit# 3 rotated and struck Unit# 2.
