Unit #1 was traveling northbound on CR 92 (Toussaint Portage Rd) south of CR 96 (Genzman Rd). Unit #2 was stopped on CR 96 ahead of Unit #1 loading garbage. Unit #1 failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead and struck Unit #2.
