Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northbound on Avon Belden Road near Ryeberry Lane. Unit 3 was traveling behind Unit 2 southbound on Avon Belden Road near Ryeberry Lane. Unit 1 traveled across the center line into the southbound lane and struck Unit 2 on the driver's side and then struck Unit 3 head-on. A witness traveling northbound on Avon Belden Road behind Unit 1 completed an OH-3 stating Unit 1 traveled across the center line striking both Unit 2 and Unit 3.
