ON NOVEMBER 25; 2021 AT APPROXIMATELY 2029 HRS.; UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON PETERS PIKE AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED. UNIT #2 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STONEQUARRY ROAD AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH. UNITS #1 & #2 COLLIDED IN THE INTERSECTION. BOTH UNITS CAME TO FINAL REST ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION. THE DRIVER OF UNIT #1 DIED OF HIS INJURIES FROM THE CRASH.
