This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Wednesday, December 15th 2021 at approximately 9:21 pm. The driver of other improper action. Injuries were reported. An officer from Middletown Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.
Unit 01 was crossing University Blvd outside of any marked pedestrian area when he was struck by Unit 02 that was in legal use of the roadway at the time of impact. Unit 01 received fatal injuries on scene. The investigation is on-going at the time of this report.
